Payment Terms and Condition

At the time of checkout, you will be required to pay the full amount or the deposit of your order. An order confirmation will be sent to you with payment receipt.

If you are ordering 1/4 or 1/2 side of beef this weight is the hanging weight/carcass weight of the animal, including fat and bones.

When your item is weighed, you will be sent a tax invoice and charged according to the actual weight of product.

If a specific weight is mentioned, that refers to the weight of meat you will receive, including any bones in ‘bone-in’ cuts ie. Ribs and you will be invoiced for balance owing. Payment is due prior to delivery or meat.

Your credit card number will be stored securely on the Commbank Simplify Gateway in preparation of processing the payment of your tax invoice.

For all our customers paying by credit card if you have placed your order and payment is unsuccessful your order will be held back until payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Please choose carefully, we do not normally accept returns and / or give refunds if you have simply changed your mind or made the wrong decision or stored the product incorrectly. Being perishable the utmost importance must be placed on prompt appropriate refrigerated or frozen storage to ensure the products shelf life. Cold chain adherence is paramount.

If you do experience a problem with your order please contact us info@regenfarms.com.au It is important that you notify us within a 48 hour period of receiving your order. Any issues reported after this time may or may not result in a refund or return of product. If an order or product has been approved to be returned the goods must be sent back in their original carton. Products must be stored in the appropriate refrigerated or frozen storage. Cold chain adherence is paramount.

Shelf life may vary dependent on brand and age of product and should you have any questions please contact us. You are encouraged to check your order at time of placement carefully and at delivery and ensure it is delivered in a refrigerated / frozen state relative to ordered product, and are then responsible to correctly store the product in refrigerated or frozen conditions as per the processors, products standard recommendations generally described in the details in the carton within an appropriate time frame.

Dispatch and Delivery

All products and prices quoted are delivered only within Victoria, Australia and transported via refrigerated and frozen vehicles that conform and are licensed with current Australian food safety standards and requirements.

Should we arrive and there is nobody to accept delivery, your order will be left in the best location at the drivers discretion.

For specific delivery requirements please note this information in the shopping cart when submitting your order.

Deliveries will be shipped Monday to Friday. Deliveries aren’t available on weekends and all public holidays.

In most cases all boxes are shipped the week rolling placement, if this is to change you will be notified.

If purchasing half sides of beef, please allow 21 to 28 days from the time you place your order, until you receive your delivery.

As soon as we know the final hanging weight of your side of beef you will be invoiced for the total weight less your deposit paid. We then ask for payment in full prior to processing your meat.

If we know the weight already, we will invoice you for the final payment before delivery.

A minimum order spend of $150 is required for free freight to all metropolitan and regional Victorian customers.

You will be notified within the week of you delivery being delivered.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in Australian dollars ( AUD ) and GST is charged where applicable. 

Product prices are updated as needed, relative to the current conditions.

Currently we only accept PayPal. In the future we will accept all major credit cards including American Express. Amex card holders will be charged a credit card surcharge of 1% on their orders.

If purchasing half a side of beef, as soon as we know the final hanging weight of your side of beef you will be invoiced for the total weight less your deposit paid. We then ask for payment in full prior to processing your meat.

All beef boxes require payment on purchase and to be cleared before delivery.

All orders will only be sent once confirmation of full payment is confirmed.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email, text or telephone by one of our customer service representatives, to arrange an agreeable alternative item or brand.
