1x Roast (2-3+kg)
1x Diced or Mince Pork (1kg)
1x Hock (900g)
1x Belly (1.1kg)
1x Pork Butterfly (800g)
1x Spare Ribs Pack (either Bone-in or Boneless)

We endeavour to honour the whole animal by incorporating into our boxes cuts that are sometimes less common.
If you receive something you are unfamiliar with, relax and enjoy the experience of experimentation.
